A pocket guide for employees, providing orientation in the new working environment. The essential values of RTLZWEI – compact, convenient and always at hand in your pocket.
Task
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic and the associated digitalisation, the working conditions at RTLZWEI have undergone significant changes. This raised the question of how the RTLZWEI team could continue to work together despite the new working conditions. What should remain unchanged, and what should change?
Our task was to develop a tool for the employees. It was intended to convey the most important internal values and the optimal way of collaborating.
Solution
The result is an 18-page folding plan that can be folded into pocket size. Just as a city map provides an overview of a city and gives orientation, the handy RTLZWEI guide shows employees the company's ideas of New Work. The individual values and guiding principles of RTLZWEI are staged with illustrations and communicated emotionally.
